Chelsea won their two titles in Munich (2012, on penalties against host club Bayern) and Porto (2021, against Manchester City). In the 2012 final, Didier Drogba scored the equalizer in the last minute of regulation time and then converted the decisive penalty in the shootout. Russian businessman Roman Abramovich's investment from 2003 transformed the club into a European power. They've played at Stamford Bridge since 1905.
